Biomarker prioritization in transcriptomic studies has been typically designed using differential expression analysis that considers genes as independent entities. Weighted gene correlation networks (WGCN) instead give us the opportunity to understand gene cooperation as part of a biological system where genes are interconnected and functionally work together.
This database provides full information about 238 endometrial dating genes, including co-expression relationships in different menstrual profiles, functional annotation and regulators for individual genes, as well as functional and regulation enrichment for gene co-expressed modules in different menstrual profiles.
The wealth of network data provided in this user-friendly database serves as an endometrial framework to stimulate hypothesis-driven, single-molecule endometrial studies.
